Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, with the exception of backorders. Backorders usually ship within 7-9 business days. We keep a large inventory of fittings in stock, but with increased demand and delayed transit time, from time to time a backorder scenario can occur. We use UPS as our preferred method of shipping. 

The estimated shipping time displayed when the order is placed is just an estimate controlled by the freight company. Please ensure that if you want expedited shipping, like 2nd or next day, that you select that rate. A 1 - 2 day delivery time estimate for ground shipping does not mean that you paid for expedited shipping.

 Need your order ASAP? Contact us to check on lead times or to request a partial shipment in the event of a backorder.
